4.         Discussion and possible action to approve lease agreements between the Public Buildings Authority and tenants for lease of space in the Investors Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Erickson Endres, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

 

     Cheryl Alford dba Cheryl Alford Enterprises, for the lease of approximately 736 sq. ft. on 4th Floor, Suite No. 409, for the sum of $674.05 per month, commencing August 13, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 1423 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Donna Hardridge.

 

6.         Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 11-15: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Lincoln Building 7030-2803 in the amount of $33,000.00. This item is to appropriate receipts for the month of July 2014. (Document Received.)

 

7.         Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 12-15: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Metro Parking Garage 7030-3300 in the amount of $59,962.16. This item is to appropriate receipts for the month of July 2014. (Document Received.)

 

8.         Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 13-15: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Investor s Capital Building 7030-3400 in the amount of $20,000.00.   This item is to appropriate receipts for the month of July 2014. (Document Received.)

 

9.         Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 14-15: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Debt Service Fund 7030-3600 in the amount of $102,860.00.  This item is to appropriate receipts for the month of July 2014. (Document Received.)

 

10.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 15-15: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Krowse Building 7030-3800 in the amount of $105,000.00. This item is to appropriate receipts for the month of July 2014. (Document Received.)

 

11.       Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

12.       Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
